Recycling

Welcome

How does used cooking oil/fat become biodiesel?

We collect the old cooking oil on our company premises.

We roughly separate the goods from solids and other packaging material. Hardened fats are melted in our heating chamber.

We store the pre-cleaned product in heatable tanks until they are transported further. We generate the required energy therefore CO2-neutral  from our own forestry.

.  The used oil is transported to the processing factory.

There the oil is filtered and chemically converted into biodiesel. The addition of catalysts and heat creates a high-quality, sustainable biodiesel.

Sustainably produced biodiesel is now mixed with fossil diesel.

The recycling journey ends in the diesel tank of your vehicle.
